BodyInstinct Baltimore Steamed Shrimp
1 pound of shrimp with shells on
¼ cup of Old Bay seasoning
¼ cup of coarse salt (kosher salt)
Place shrimp in a steamer with 1/2 cup beer, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 1 cup water that has come to a full boil.
Sprinkle Old Bay and salt on top of shrimp
Cover and steam for 2½ minutes
Uncover and stir shrimp
Replace cover and steam for 2½ more minutes
Immediately remove shrimp from pot and enjoy alone or with
