Get your cardio on!

BodyInstinct Week 1 Day 1! Get your Cardio on! Doing too much cardio is NEVER a good idea! Remember you can always outeat your workout! When you do your cardio your intensity should determine your frequency and duration! So work out more intensely (remember intensity is relative to your fitness level) and you can work out for less time and less often all the while burning more fat, keeping the muscle and without increasing your hunger. Increasing your hunger is what happens when you do too much cardio! Watch the video to get prepared for your cardio this week! The Heart Rate monitor is a Polar Heart Rate monitor. Cheapest one they sell and you can get it at any Sports Authority. The correct one only has ONE button for simplicity!
