BodyInstinct Style Strength Training!

Tricep Dips and lunges!  Here are 2 more exercises you can do at home, on the road or anywhere with absolutely no special equipment!  The repetitions and sets you should do are described in further detail in the BodyInstinct book.  Sorry about the shaky camera work but my 8 year old was the only one around today to be camera operator :) .  During the lunge modification you can’t really see but I am going about 1/2 way down  to the floor with my back knee.  xoxoxo
