Eating Instinct #10 – Don’t drink your calories!  Liquid calories go down way to fast and add up quick!  I’m not just talking about soda and sports drinks either!  Fruit and vegetable juice is processed food!  Don’t juice!  Pulverize!! Put the whole fruit or veggie in a high horsepower blender and get ALL the fiber, nutrients and antioxidants that the fruit or veggie has to offer instead of leaving 40% of the good stuff behind in the juicer!  xoxoxo
